Groups
We have been operating residentials for small social services groups for many years now and we have developed programmes which suit perfectly.
We find that our ability to offer self contained accommodation for small groups allows the carers to nurture the children or adult groups concerned in a perfect environment. We cater for the groups the main house (full or half board as required). Activities can be taken as and when necessary to produce a programme for a week or just a couple of days which has flexibility and quality built into it.
We also ask all groups if we can have time with the group prior to any activities to try to develop a relationship which can be used during the activity to make it more successful.
We find that groups that come once come back again and again because they know what to expect and that each individual in that small group will and must be treated as an individual.
