Leave pride and dignity in the changing rooms for this one. It may only be a scramble, but it's a scramble up the centre of a bubbling Scottish burn! You can expect to get very wet indeed as your instructor invents challenges and games, fully intended to get you soaked through.

Aimed at younger adventurers and families, this activity is brilliant fun and full of surprises. It is one of our most popular activities, with many people coming back to do it again! None of the pools are very deep so you can have a fantastic time without worrying about any jumps or swimming.

Suitable for ages 8 and above, although in winter conditions we may recommend that children do not take part. In some conditions we may even recommend that adults don’t try it!
