Some staff are seasonal whilst others stay with us all year round, we are currently looking for the following people:
COOK OR COOK/HOUSEKEEPER
Duties will include;

Preparing and serving meals to school, youth, and adult groups,

Food ordering,

Management of kitchen porter,

|
Maintaining a high standard of hygiene in all food prep areas.

There is an option of extending the job to include domestic management.
Contract runs from February to October with possible extension depending on business. Hours to suit the customers using the centre, but not usually late evenings. Job share or part time hours possible.
Experience in a similar position is preferred but training can be given. Food hygiene certificate essential. Knowledge of food allergies and special diets will be required.
Accommodation may be available within the centre.
An enhanced disclosure from Disclosure Scotland will be expected.
